I grew up as the oldest of five in Cincinnati, OH. I was raised Catholic and was surrounded by wonderful examples of faith. It wasn’t until moving away to college, however, that I felt the need to claim my faith as my own. I reluctantly got involved with Saint Paul’s Outreach halfway through my sophomore year, but by senior year I knew there was nothing I’d rather do than serve full-time with SPO. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in English and Art, and am beyond thrilled to start this next adventure!
When I’m not reading books by Scott Hahn and C.S. Lewis, you can find me making art, swing dancing, or crashing any jam session within ear shot (read: I’m not musically inclined, but like to think I can sing). I’ll be serving at Texas State University this year. While I’m nervous for the biggest move of my life (and the inevitable sunburn), I’m excited to lead a household and am glad to hear I’ll have a chance to learn to two-step.
